This is a perfect introduction to the joys of freediving, and is a real eye opener to those who think freediving is just advanced snorkelling!
This is also a great short course for those getting in to spearfishing, water polo, synchronised swimming, surfing and more, as it covers much of what you need to know to get to grips with apnea.
 
For those who wants to take things further, the next step beyond this, would be to look at the AIDA, MOLCHANOVS or PADI Freediver courses to practice more on the open water.
 
This includes equipment rental for the course.
